Business Development Manager (Full-Time)

The Business Development Manager (BDM) participates in a team sales environment, working within an assigned geographic and/or industry vertical territory. The BDM will build a pipeline and generate revenue through phone-based qualification of both in-bound leads/contacts and outbound targeted marketing campaigns. He or she will qualify prospects by judging their desire and need for statistical analysis software products and services. In addition, the BDM will facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects within their assigned territory who need to be nurtured over time before they qualify as an active sales opportunity.

  • Develop cross-sell and up-sell strategies for existing customers and penetration
    strategies for new ones
  • Identify high-potential companies or universities for XLSTAT
  • Present our full line of software offerings
  • Negotiate and convince them to quickly start using our software
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with end users, their IT teams, and their managers
    in an effort to understand how we can improve the software to meet their needs
  • Develop and report on accounts’ sales performance
  • Bring sales expertise to the team

You will, of course, have to acquire a perfect understanding of Addinsoft solutions and products.

Skills

Required

  • 5 to 10 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Consistent achievement of 100%+ on assigned quotas with history of five-figure deals
  • Proven effective in selling both products and services
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Success in go-to-market market planning and opportunity identification
  • Energy and passion for creating innovative and seamless customer experiences
  • Appetite for commercial prospection and B2B relationships
  • Highly business-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a desire to actively drive change within the company & sales teams
  • French & English fluency

Desirable

  • Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus
  • German business proficiency a plus

Location

  • Headquarters in Bordeaux, remote work possible
